Rachel is relatable, fun, grounded and inspiring. She has invested her life in the study of embodiment in many domains. Growing up an athlete and having interest in being in her body from a young age, she formally started studying yoga asana in 1998 and deepened her studies with Ayurvedic and Meditation immersions starting in 2010.
She is inspired by collective leadership, finding common ground with others to foster connection and leading courageous women to an embodied state of ease.
She is a lover of wild places and a mother to a vibrant eight-year-old. After the unraveling of 25 year relationship and marriage Rachel is redefining her purpose as she breaks old patterns and limiting belief systems from her ancestral line and architects a new way of BEing with each breath.
