Free Decluttering Checklist

As a global public health advisor with the U.S. government, Jenny spent two decades improving systems that enhance the health and well-being of communities around the world.
Once she became one of the world’s first certified KonMari consultants, she was able to pair her expertise in behavioral change, mindfulness and wellness with Marie Kondo's proven decluttering methods. Named as one of Emory University's 40 under 40 for her work fighting the AIDS epidemic while waging war on clutter, she has brought order to hundreds of homes and offices since opening her Washington DC-based company in 2016.
Jenny helps her clients discover the powerful connection between the state of our homes and workplaces, as well as their personal health and well-being. A Senior Advisor at the US State Department and Chief Organizing Officer at her own firm, Jenny’s work has been featured in The Washingtonian and Washington Post, on NBC and PBS, and through numerous other publications. Jenny believes that decluttering is about so much more than getting rid of things: when we make purposeful choices about what we want to live with, we also set intentions for how we want to live. She knows that when we peel away the layers and begin to establish new systems of order, we also assess and adjust outdated habits and patterns that cause stress and disorder. Creating new habits that lead to improved health, mindfulness and organization is the value that Jenny brings to her clients.
